As social influence in our day to day life, so people blindly faith on anything. Elon Musk Sleeps 5 hours a day to achieve his goals or bill gates study for 72 hours continously then people start to compare themselves with the successful people. 
 
People think that if I sleep for 5 hours I will achieve the greatest and become rich. But practically it is impossible. If you want to be rich like elon musk then you should do business. By Doing job forgot about becoming rich. You have to take lot of risk, you have to fail lot of times to build something great. If You Really Sleep Just 5 hours by this mindset forgot you will never sussed. 
 
Then, How Much Hours We Should Sleep? 
Yes The Answers Is 7 hours. 7 hours sleep is very important to our health and if you didn't sleep 7 hours then you day be like lezy and weaknessful. If you want to achieve greatness don't give up sleep, just don't waste time thought the day.
