One Year Is Enough To Change Yourself.

 I Know You Have Lot Of Thing's To Change In Your Life. It Might Be Your Thoughts, Habits, Attitude, The Way You Work, The Way You Communicate , Your Negative Friend Zone, Bullshit Activities Or It Might Be Anything Else.

 People Thinks That it took years and year's to change this thing's but it is not the truth. You can change everything You Just have to become aware of how to change and what to change. after that thing's change automatically. Trust me 365 days are enough to change your Life and your lifestyle. Last Year i did lot of timepass but I change by engaging myself in reading books or learning a new skill. I did lot of show off and that's the reason i changed myself by deleting every Social Media account. I had no habit of waking up at 5 Am , I Change This By Going To Play Badminton On Court Daily. initially I Had No Interest to study i changed by joining Library. i had fear of stage but I changed by taking lot of presentations at class. I use to overthink a lot, that's the reason i changed it by meditation. Today I am fit, have a good habit of study, no social distraction,  self aware about everything which is happening in my life. This all things possible Just and just because I have a strong desire to change the way I live. 

Trust me you can change yourself only and only if you have strong desire to change yourself. People thinks that they require a strong motivation to have desire for something but actually it just a biased. Motivation is just a scam or blunder. Actually if you required motivation for something then definitely leave that think because it is  not for you. In this 2023 what you can do is to change the lifestyle for better future. Take small initiative to build good habit and replace all the bad thing's with good. Replace YouTube By Reading Different types of articles on internet because now a day youtube is just showing you biased thing's and partial or biased opinion of the people's .Cut off TV To Stay Away From Advertising Of The MNCs. Start doing meditation to stay aware about yourself. Start doing little exercise to stay fit. Start writing journal to wright-down the thoughts. 

Definitely This Small Things Create Big Difference In Your Life. If you still think something magic will happen to you in 2023 and you achieve great things this year then return back to reality. That's Set Hoping God That This Will Be Your Year Of High Achievements In Your Life  And You Will End Up with Great Things At The End Of Year. Singing off.
